We all know that Walk and Jim are unable to do so due to the lockdown. But it is not so easy to do gyming or doing yoga in the house every day. So here we have brought some special postures for you, which can be done very easily by lying on your bed and sitting …

Mrityasasana means fish pose

For this, you have to lie straight on your back. Then pull the chest and neck upwards. With the force of the chest resting on the elbows, press the claws of the hand under the hips.

– This asana works to keep your throat, shoulders, head and breathing tube fine. Also, diseases related to throat quickly do not make you a victim.

Do not do this pose more than 3 to 4 times at a time. While doing this asana, keep in mind that you do not have any problem in the neck. So do not force yourself with it in the beginning. Do as many poses as you can. This asana is helpful in toning the lower part of your body.

Viparita Karani posture ie leg-up the wall-pose

To do this posture, first of all, straighten your legs upwards with the wall. Try to wall your hips area. Now lay your hands in the Relaxing position on both sides of the head.

– This asana helps to relieve your tension by increasing your blood flow towards the head. Doing this brings peace of mind. It is also helpful in protecting you from foot pain due to lack of walk.

Sethubandhasana means bridge pose

– To perform Sethubandhasana, lie down on your back. Now stretch your chest, neck, and spine upwards and try to make a bridge like a bridge.

– If you do not make full poses at one time, do not force yourself. When you practice every day, your body will feel relaxed. This asana is helpful in keeping you away from the shoulder, back, neck, and spinal pain.

Paschimottanasan

– Paschimottanasan is called ‘Forward Band Pose’ in English. To perform this asana, first of all sit in Sukhasana. Now spread both the legs towards the front. Make some distance between the legs and sit in the relaxed position. Now stretch your body while moving your hands upwards.

Then, while exhaling, bend forward and keep your palms flat on the bed equal to your feet. In this situation, as long as you can sit, stay seated and then bring your hands upwards while breathing. You can repeat this process 3 to 4 times at a time.

Sailboat

To do this asana, you also have to sit with your legs spread in front of you in the position of Paschimottanasana. Now, bending your legs, bring both your hands forward and then bring them backward, as if you are driving the boat.

– Keep in mind that the more you have to lean forward, the more effort you have to go backward. So take care of your sitting position and do not let the balance deteriorate.

– Performing this asana will help in reducing the fat of your lower posture. You should do this asana only for 1 to 2 minutes at a time.
