However you should keep in mind that there should be a four-hour interval between your breakfast and lunch. Lunch time should not be delayed beyond two or two and a half hours. It will be better for your health.

The right time for dinner

Usually, every person knows what kind of food he should have at night. In fact, some people also eat heavy food at night like afternoon due to which the digestive system gets spoiled. If possible, dinner should be done before eight o’clock. You should keep a gap of at least three hours between having dinner and your bedtime. It is better not to eat dinner after half past eight or nine o’clock. Eating just before bed at night can spoil the quality of your sleep. So keep that in mind.
