If you are suffering from muscle pain then you must use apple vinegar. Apple vinegar is considered extremely effective for reducing body pain.

How to use apple vinegar –

  1. First fill your bathtub with hot water or you can use the bucket as well.
  2. Now mix two cups of apple vinegar
  3. Then sit in that tub or pour that water from the mug on your body.
  4. By using it, your body pain will slowly go away.

 

Cold therapy is also called cryotherapy in which ice is used on the affected areas. It is also used to relieve muscle pain. Applying ice and cold water on the body reduces blood circulation, which helps to relieve pain and swelling. You can ice pack, gel pack, ice massage on your body. These are all types of cold therapy that you can try in your body pain.

Heat therapy is used for muscle stiffness, stretching or tension and muscle spasms. Do not use heat therapy in case of injury, it may increase swelling and discomfort. Heat helps in relieving pain of muscles, muscle spasms. Heat therapy includes hot packs, paraffin wax, and types of hydrotherapy. You can also go to a physiotherapist to use them, or you can apply warm clothes in the house on the body.

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. It is considered a very effective home remedy for body pain. It improves blood flow and circulation. Ginger tea helps in relieving muscle pain.

How to use ginger –

  1. Firstly grind ginger.
  2. Now tie it in a cloth.
  3. Now put in that cloth and hot water for a few minutes.
  4. Now keep this cloth to cool down and then apply it on the affected areas for 15 minutes.
  5. Repeat the use of this compress two to three times throughout the day.

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and also acts like a natural pan killer.

Use turmeric in two ways –

First Way –

  1. First heat a glass of milk .
  2. Then add two spoons of turmeric to it.
  3. Drink this mixture after mixing it well.
  4. Drink this mixture twice a day.

Second Way –

  1. You can also prepare turmeric paste.First of all make a paste by mixing equal quantity of salt , lemon juice and turmeric powder.
  2. Now after mixing this paste well, apply it on the affected areas.
  3. Leave it half an hour like this.
  4. After half an hour wash it with lukewarm water.
  5. You must use this remedy twice a day.

If you have joint pain, you should use cinnamon. Cinnamon helps you get quick relief. Due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it is also considered a natural remedy for arthritis .

How to use Cinnamon –

  1. First heat a glass of milk.Now add half teaspoon cinnamon and honey to it .
  2. Now after drinking it, drink this mixture.
  3. You must drink this mixture once or twice throughout the day.
  4. Apart from this, you can also massage your body with a paste made from these two ingredients.

Cayenne pepper is known to cure muscle pain because it has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It also removes swelling and stiffness.

How to use red chili –

  1. First take one spoon of red chili and two teaspoons of olive oil .
  2. Now mix this mixture well.
  3. Now apply this mixture on the affected areas and then tie the area with a cloth.
  4. Then leave it like this for overnight.
  5. Then in the morning open the cloth and wash the areas.
  6. Now you can repeat this remedy two or three times throughout the day.
  7. You can also include red chili in your diet.

Rock salt or magnesium sulphate naturally removes inflammation of muscle tissue and also helps in quick relief. It also relieves chronic muscle pain such as fibromyalgia.

How to use rock salt –

  1. First put hot water in a tub or a bucket.
  2. Now add one or two cups of rock salt to it.
  3. Now sit in that tub or pour that water on your body and enjoy bathing with it for 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Taking a bath with this will relieve your muscle aches, cramps, and the body will also get relief.

This oil is considered to be the best oil for quick relief from body pain. It helps in increasing the blood flow. With its use, the muscles are loose and blood circulation also improves.

How to use mustard oil –

  1. First cut ten garlic slices.
  2. Then take four spoons of mustard oil in a bowl and put these garlic pieces in it.
  3. You can also add camphor to it .
  4. When the oil cools down, sieve it and then massage the affected areas with filtered oil.
  5. Repeat this remedy three to four times a week.
