Take care of dry eyes like this

Not everyone’s eyes are dry when sitting in front of the screen, but if you have such problems in your eyes, wash your eyes with cold water in a short time. Some people may also feel relieved by heating clothes and blowing them on the eye. Eye drops can also be used to remove eye dryness.

After watching more TV, do this work in eye pain

If you watch more TV then take care that you complete 8 hours of sleep. In such a situation, your eyes will be relaxed. It would be better if the TV has a flat screen. With this, there is less strain on the eyes even when the TV screen is large. Turn off the lights and avoid using TV-laptop-phone etc. This causes more strain on the eyes. In case of eye pain, blink eyelids continuously for few seconds. This can give the eyes a little relief.
