Things to know About Circumcision and Uncircumcised sexes

Khatna Aur Bina Khatna Wale Ling me Farak

Circumcision is a surgical procedure that removes the anterior part of the penis. In an unprotected penis, the foreskin persists. The main differences include attendance and hygiene practice.

People can be circumcised for many different reasons, including :

  • Religious reasons, such as someone following a Jewish or Muslim religion
  • Cultural reasons
  • Family history of circumcision, so the person may decide to continue the tradition
  • personal preference
  • For health reasons, such as a person being at risk of recurrent infection
  • The figures

A 2016 study estimated that 37–39% of men worldwide had circumcision. Researchers estimate that 71.2% of men in the United States have circumcision. According to the American Urological Association, regions in the world with the highest rates of circumcision are:

  • Middle East
  • South Korea
  • America

The lowest rates of circumcision are in Europe, Latin America, and most of Asia. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in the US, circumcision rates in newborn men decreased by approximately 10% between 1979 and 2010.

Appearance –

An unirrigated penis retains the foreskin, which covers the head of a convex penis. When the penis is erect, the foreskin appears back, revealing the glands. A circumcised penis has no foreshadowing, which exposes the glands when both the penis and the erection occur.

Effect on sex –

Scientific studies have produced conflicting reports on the effect of circumcision on sex.

For example, a 2013 study looked at the sexual sensations of 1,059 unwilling men and 310 circumcised men. The group of circumcised men reported lower rates of sensitivity in the glands than uncircumcised men.

A 2013 review looked at studies on the effects of circumcision on sexual function and pleasure. The review found that in the most accurate studies, circumcision had no negative effect on sexual function, sensitivity, pain, or pleasure during sexual activity.

However, a 2012 study found that some previous research did not have sufficient scientific evidence to suggest that circumcision affects sexual function. The study concluded that circumcision has no negative long-term effect on sexual function.

Cleanliness

It is important for uncircumcised people to keep their skin clean.

For juvenile and adult males, stretching backward and washing under the foreskin with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and then pat the foreskin back can help maintain good hygiene.

Good hygiene of the foreskin can help reduce the risk of infection. Without regular cleaning, bacteria, dirt, and bodily fluids can all form under the foreskin and become smegma, which looks yellow-white. Poor genital hygiene can cause glandular or foreskin infections, such as:

Phimosis, in which the skin becomes very tight around the head of the penis and cannot pull back.

  • Balanitis, glandular and frontal infection
  • Postitis, a fungal infection of the foreskin

Fertility –

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that the presence or lack of a precursor affects fertility. The cause of male infertility is related to sperm production, which occurs in the testicles. Some of the main causes of male infertility include.

  • Low sperm count
  • No sperm production
  • Production of sperm that is an abnormal shape or that moves abnormally
  • Ejaculation problem
  • Chromosome structure
  • Taking some medicines

Repeated infections can cause an obstruction in the male reproductive tract. If sperm cannot leave the testicles normal during ejaculation, it can affect fertility. Maintaining good hygiene of the penis, as well as seeing a physician if there are any abnormal or uncomfortable symptoms around the penis or genital area, can help reduce the risk of infection.

Summary –

Men may be circumcised for cultural, religious, or personal reasons. In some cases, adult men who develop persistent skin infections may choose to be circumcised for health reasons. Recent scientific evidence has found very few negative effects associated with circumcision on sexual function and satisfaction.

Should One Undergo Circumcision or Not? Read to know

You say that the benefits of circumcision in newborn men outweigh the risks, but that any health benefits of circumcision are not enough to recommend it as a routine procedure for all male children. Circumcision surgery in older men may carry a higher risk of complications. It is important for both circumcised and circumcised men to maintain good genital hygiene, and for unregistered men to wash the area regularly and slowly to prevent possible infection. Using condoms as often as possible during sex can help reduce the risk of STIs for both circumcised and circumcised men.
