What is diabetes

Home Remedies for Diabetes

1. Measures to reduce sugar level (sugar kam karne ke upay) – Grind one kg of gram and 2-2 kg of wheat and barley together. Only eat rotis made of this flour in food.
2. Soak fenugreek seeds at night and eat on an empty stomach daily in the morning.
3. Drink one teaspoon of Triphala daily with a glass of warm water.
4. Berries are very beneficial for getting rid of diabetes. Make a fine powder of jamun kernels and take it two to three times a day with water.
5. Diabetes patients have poor eyesight, so they must drink carrot and spinach juice.
6. Drink the drumstick ie the leaves of drumstick and squeeze them and consume it on an empty stomach daily in the morning.
