It is also beneficial for people suffering from diseases like osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Fruits like banana, mango and papaya have lower GI ratings. It is beneficial to eat them. Eat plenty of protein-rich foods. Eat food three times daily. Have snacks once or twice. Do not skip breakfast. Eat slowly and stop eating as soon as you fill your stomach.
